The Glass House Guest Lodge is set in an indigenous forest over looking an exceptional ocean view of First Beach, Port St. Johns, heart of the beautiful Wildcoast, former Transkei, part of Eastern Cape, only 40 meters from the sea. This beautiful setting lends itself to small conferences. Business discussions can be done in a secluded and private environment on our decks or in the dining room overlooking the ocean.
It is also a spiritual place where all the elements converge, creating a relaxed harmonious feeling of well being, that is "The essence of Port St Johns".
The Glass House offers affordable DBB, B&B or Sleep& Go accommodation with a warm relaxed atmosphere. The three double rooms have open decks where you can enjoy the impressive sea view. DSTV and fridges are available in all our comfortable rooms, with en suite showers and toilets. Internet facilities are availailable on request. For your laundry we have staff available to meet any individual requirements.
Patrons may enjoy sundowners or indulge in exclusive breakfasts. Weather permitting, dining on the decks bathed in the soft light of the moon shimmering silver on the water is an experience not to be missed. All foods are prepared to individual requirements and are well presented and tasty.
There are also two self- catering flats that do not enjoy the ocean view.
This unique property is also available as an exclusive holiday home for up to twelve persons. Guests can benefit from privacy, take pleasure from the sound and sight of the ocean. The entrance to this haven is at the golf club.
The Glass House is the ideal stop over for anglers, golfers, businessmen, etc. who value privacy and exclusivity or just a family gathering, a package can be tailor made on application.
