How to book?
Use the Search bars to find your accommodation. (Search by Province, Area, City, Price Range or type accommodation) . The rates shown in the advertisement are a guideline and are subject to change without prior notice.
Click the "Request a Quote" button, fill out the Online form and click Submit. Both the accommodation and JOIN SABB will receive an e-mail. JOIN SABB ensures you will receive your quote as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours).
The accommodation replies via e-mail to give you a quoted price and reference number.
By paying a deposit by Internet banking you accept the quote and secure your booking. The accommodation is not obliged to hold your provisional booking longer after the expiry date.
You receive a confirmation of your booking, we advise you to print this as proof of your booking and payment.
What guarantee do I have if my booking is not handled to my satisfaction?
Our exceptional service is backed up with a Money-Back Service Guarantee. If your accommodation booking is not handled to your satisfaction, JOIN SABB will refund all monies transacted. You can trust us with your accommodation booking.
This Guarantee only applies to the JOIN SABB accommodation booking service. Any shortcomings in service provided by other travel suppliers, such as airlines, accommodation establishments, car rental companies etc. are expelled. JOIN SABB reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time.
How do I make my payment?
You pay by Internet Banking. To secure your booking, a minimum deposit of 50% is required before the expiry date. Please remember to include your Reference Number on the deposit. To ensure that your payment is captured to your booking without delay, please e-mail the confirmation of your payment to info@sabnb.info .
The deposit is transacted into JOIN SABB´ s bank account and electronically switched over into the establishment's account. Once we receive your proof of payment, we send you a confirmation by email with the supplier's contact details so you can arrange your arrival prior to check-in date. The balance of payment is settled between you and the supplier at the establishment's discretion.
We advise you to print the confirmation as proof of your booking and payment.
Contact
You can ask questions about rates,availability, facilities, activities etc. by clicking 'Request a quote'. The accommodation will reply to your questions as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.
Upon your proof of payment we will release the contact details (telephone, fax, email) of the accommodation. You can then contact them directly.
Refunds and cancellations
If you want to cancel your booking, please notify the accommodation and JOIN SABB as soon as possible. Since cancellation terms vary, the cancellation and refund policy of the accommodation is attached to the quotations. Refunds are settled between you and the accommodation.
Enquiry reference number
The reservations team needs an enquiry number from you in order to help you. You receive an enquiry number when you make an online enquiry on the JOIN SABB website.
You need to search www.southafricanbedandbreakfast.info for an establishment and make an enquiry. Once you have made an enquiry we can assist you with your booking.
What does JOIN SABB charge me for using the JOIN SABB booking system?
Nothing, like with a travel agent the price you pay via the agent is the 'standard rate'. You pay no booking fees on www.southafricanbedandbreakfast.info , so there is no price advantage to booking offline.
How does JOIN SABB earn money?
We charge our establishments a 7,5 to 12,5% commission on their standard rate. This includes the processing of deposit payments by Internet banking.
On receipt of a written cancellation we will refund you the commission minus R100 to cover administration and banking costs.
Please note, we will not be able to make enquiries on your behalf.
